Client service was excellent! Both at pick upward and drib off. My only complaint was non being able to apply my Apple Bill of fare because I would have been screwed had my colleague not been there to use his carte du jour instead.

It was an easy, efficient feel. The vehicle ran well and suited our needs. The only problem was that we purchased the protection coverage at time of pickup afterward we had already purchased a plan through KAYAK or an affiliate. I didn't realize until it was too belatedly. Seems like in that location should exist some style to see what coverage was already purchased at the time of pickup. In spite of that it was overall a very good experience

Needed to cancel due to Emergency. I hope they refund my coin.

I was in San Antonio to clean up my male parent-in-law's house so I asked and pre-paid for a pickup truck. Upoon arrival they had no pickup trucks and I ended upward getting a mini van needless to say the mini van didn't piece of work as practiced as a pick upwards and ended upwardly renting a uhaul. All in all very disappointing when you prepay for something you expect to go what you lot prepaid for. Though the staff at the facility were very friendly and helpful this is notwithstanding UNACCEPTABLE and would similar someone to achieve out to me.

Yous need to inform online customers, of the airport rules when trying to choice up a vehicle locally. I rented a vehicle and pay for information technology online went to choice upward the vehicle only to notice that because I did non have a flying back to the airport I could non rent the vehicle. Why wouldn't kayak Priceline whoever the hell is selling us tell the people that are renting information technology and giving you their money upfront that there a sure rules at the airdrome in terms of rentals.

Sixt was and so atrocious I had to cancel my reservation even though it meant forfeiting $100. A couple weeks prior to the rental I tried to contact them to modify the reservation. I was dropped from my calls repeatedly. I never was able to talk to an bodily person. They downgraded the car without notifying me. I completely lost confidence that they could run across our needs. I went with another rental machine company and it was a completely different experience. Don't rent from Sixt!

We had to cancel this reservation due to financial situations and they kept $100 of the corporeality of the rental. We cancelled more than a calendar week before our scheduled pick upward. Nosotros volition NOT be using them again. I'd rather stick with a non start up company that offers free cancellation. What a rip off. Non to mention you lot cannot go a concur of anyone. I had to send an email to cancel. Which begs the question….what is the $100 for? I had no customer service and had to search to communicate with this visitor. RIP OFF!!

Do not recommend. Booked a rental car from Monday to Saturday with 2 infant car seats. Our flight was delayed and we arrived to the Sixt counter at 6:10. The place closed at 6 (literally every other rental company was open). I contact Sixt on Tuesday, simply to exist informed that I will exist obligated to pay the remaining days + the car seats. Do yourselves a favor and employ a more reputable visitor that won't charge you vii days for an unused rental for being 10 mins late due to a flying filibuster.

we had an issue with the vehicle needing to be serviced, which was resolved rapidly. we even got an upgrade for our troubles. One customer service rep (on the phone) didn't sound like he liked his job and wasn't much help when our rental was cleaved into. we had to stay the nighttime because no-one was around to assistance with exchanging the vehicle after the suspension in. we extended the rental no problem merely hen we got stuck with a vehicle like to what we originally rented past some standard that wasn't fifty-fifty close to our original rental. I would take fifty-fifty paid for an upgrade, if we would have been given that option, because the upgrade was but that prissy.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the pickup and drop off were like shooting fish in a barrel.

Cons: The just thing that could have been ameliorate was that they had the motorcar we wanted. Information technology being a holiday weekend we weren't able to get it, however they did attempt to put us in a comparable car.

Good value for the new rental however the pick-up experience was a nightmare at the San Antonio airport. They combined Budget, Avis, and Payless into one booth with a line stretching around the building. It was a i-2 hr look in line just to choice up a rental, and we already had a confirmed reservation.

Service at rental counter was terribly slow, only ii people were available to a long queue of ten people waiting in line. BTW information technology was the only counter with a huge line and nosotros waited for over 25 mns for a very nice representative to very efficiently help usa. Either everybody chose Budget or yous need to accept more people to provide a ameliorate service. Next time , we will NOT choose you considering of this. I ´d rather pay a trivial more just have an expedited arrival cheers

The effort to pick up was brutal. I was in line for 45 minutes...the line was very long and simply 2 people were working to procedure the line...once I finally got the paperwork done...the experience improved. The car was easy to find and the return was actually easy...but that line filled with exhausted, people on a timed mission was tough. The other rental companies had smaller lines and more than workers.

No automobile ir backup plan for actually pickup my car, pickup hour and endmost hour of rental part was the same in SAT airport, what a disaster Budget rental car bureau. Call numerous times that dame night and said everything would exist fine to pickup automobile next day that reservation was on concord for 24hrs, turned out to be a lie. Enterprise turned out helping me with outstanding service and a good car!

Quick, easy checkout process. They had the auto I reserved. No pushy people trying to forcefulness the insurance or prepaid fuel. They did ask the questions but quickly moved on when I said no. Only small complaint was the process of locating the car because it'southward outside, upwardly the escalator, then over to the far correct. A picayune hard to encounter initially. Otherwise it was a smooth process for leaving and returning the car.

Longest wait times to pick up auto. I waited over an hr for my automobile.

Thought we rented from airport location, but was informed that we had rented at some other Avis location. Luckily, manager at airdrome location was able to award same rate that we had agreed upon at the other location. A heads upwardly on your website that you are NOT renting from airdrome location would be appreciated!

I had a strange situation where I had two different reservations, one starting the day another ended. Louie helped me get it straightened out in a quick, professional person, and kind manner. Really appreciate his help.

Reserved a Prius or equivalent hybrid and got an F-150. I waited in line for almost an hour to get to an agent and then nigh an additional hr with the amanuensis just to finish up with a vehicle I didn't desire. Information technology just wasn't a pleasant experience.

We got at that place before they closed at midnight. Was told no car available for a 1 way to Abilene. That the cars needed to stay in town due to need. I completed my order via the website- which allows a one way rental but had to wait until they opened the next forenoon. 7 hours later waiting at the airport was not fun.

i picked san antonio airport for my rental location then picked my car and paid in advanced. when i got to the hertz counter at the airport i was informed my car was xv miles away at some other location. when i asked at the counter the how this could happen they said that places like kayak and priceline will switch yous to offsite locations without yous knowing because the price is much lower and so you will be enticed to rent from them. always triple check your reservation if you lot hire from these third political party vendors and pay the extra for gratis cancelation

The young woman at the check in counter was fabulous! And so I went upstairs. They were super cavalier. When you go upstairs, you take to stand up outside. I asked why I couldn't just go to the motorcar as I had check in downstairs and the car infinite number was on my paperwork. That's just for gold bill of fare. Why? He didn't practise anything but point me to my auto. I had waited downstairs. I realize that Gold members tin go direct to the machine, merely I had check in downstairs and had an assigned car. I waited for them to finish to point to the car that I could see. That's stupid and demeaning. What's the point? He and the other guy were super unfriendly and unhelpful. Nothing similar what I would expect from the Southward. In Sacramento, at that place aren't clear instructions near where to take the motorcar. The person who checks your automobile, should become off the phone and non make clients wait outside looking around for someone to aid when at that place are no instructions anywhere. Worse rental car experience e'er. Expected more from a superior type rental car agency. Going back to Avis or Enterprise. More for less.

We drove 20minutes to the other side of San Antonio to the location they cull. I go into the function and no one is there and no one comes out for 5mins later i knocked on back door and called loudly for help. When a guy finally comes out, he says "pick up", i say "yep" and he starts to explain " i don't know why they go on sending customers here, we don't have whatsoever cars bachelor". I said "you dont have whatsoever thinh available?" He said "no". So i walked out and was very upset. Luckily my sister knew of a place at airport to try and i was able to arrive a car. I will not employ kayak/priceline or Hertz again.

Cons: A bit more concerned of a customers time. After making a reservation and then waiting to get the keys for 30 minutes is frustrating. There wasn't a person at the Payless choice up window. There wasn't a sign saying go to Avis. I stood there wondering if someone was going to come up to the counter, if I needed to call someone or what. Eventually someone at a different counter told me to become to Avis. Everything was excellent later on that. The customer service was astonishing to pick up and drop off process was very easy and simple.

Older car. Back-up camera didn't piece of work. Couldn't call aerodrome desk and kept getting a telephone call center who couldn't reply my question about early drop and said I couldn't drib early but when I got to airport at 5am I was able to park it and a person was at that place in the garage who accepted it. Military cut my orders curt and I wasn't able to receive a pro-rated rental.

Van was muddied and the inside smelled like the van had hauled a bunch of livestock. Very disappointed and embarrassed to carry my family from out of boondocks. Never again
